I currently have business 1-3 on the artisan tree and have a vendor in my home. If I drop the business skills (or artisan entirely) do I lose my vendor along with my business skill?

The vendor will remain as normal. Whether this will continue in the future is open to debate. Check out the Merchant Forum for more details.

HI. I was a Master Tailor/ Master Artisan. I drped all of tailor and most of artisan but i still have the Skill boxes that let me have a vendor. My question is: If i drop all of the artisan skills except for novice and i still have a store with a vendor in it will i still getthe moneyfor the items that are on there? Moreover, will I loose the items as soon as i drop the skill box as well as the vendor. I need the skill points for these boxes and loosing the vendor could be a problem because i have over 300 items on the vendor.

AS it currently stands, you will keep your vendors. You can even drop all of Artisan and still keep the vendor(s), I believe. However, I hear that this may change with an upcoming patch. You should still get the money for it, and it should not delete your items (NOTE: I say "should", because many people do still have bugs with their vendors, but most peopledo fine).

Also, if you drop your Business skills, the cost to maintain said vendor(s) will increase. If you have to remove the vendor, you will not be able to replace it unless you get those skills back.

At this time the vendor stays. Be warned though, the Devs have mentioned that it's not really the way it should be. Sooner or later this will be fixed/nerfed.

I hope you lose evrything the moment you drop it. Do you think you should keep flame single 2 after you drop commando? Its an ignored exploit and its causing problems for all merchants.

I had the same question when i was a weaponsmith..had to free up some points to get the master box and business 3 had to go. Luckily my gamble was in my favor as my stocked up bulky vendor stayed around. Which is how it should be. Everyone should have the ability to sell things easily and for a price they want, not some lowball bazaar enforced pricing. To truly do what the above poster wants and "fix" so to speak, the merchant class. The bazaar limit shouldnt be there and the fee for listing on the bazaar should be a semi-big percentage of what you get. That way merchants get what they want...a monopoly on vendors...and players get what they want... widely available buying\selling in a convenient manner.

So I go to my vendor status and it says it has 26% status, 11000 credits to repair. So I dump 50000 into them real fast. Well I bring up the status again it says 26% status, 11000 to repair. 50000 maintanance pool. . Status normal.

So why is my vendor status still at 26%, please help. How can I fix it???

Umm... well, if you didn't have anything on the vendor, i'd just save the credits and destroy it. If you have anything on the vendor, I'd just pull it off and destroy it, and make a new one.

But that's just me.

Think you have to wait for the net hourly update for it to fix it self.

What the last person said The status isn't updated constantly. Just did the same thing, I owed over 3k each on 2 vendors, dropped 10k apiece, they now show 6500 credits in the maintenance pool line but the condition shows as needing 3000 to repair still. They'll be fine I'm sure. If not, I'll be annoyed again, but my blood pressure's been down a lot since they backed out the crafting experimentation nerf.

Now if only they'd address the whole vendor registration issue.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but if i take up 3 skills in artisan, so i can get a vendor, and surrender those skills, will i still be able to have the vendor ? Thanks.
