Thread: Is anyone making any money?
I am making a lot of moiney. As a weaponsmith with INT Firearms, I can't beat back the players on Scylla who want DL44, C17s and any other weapon that is better than a CDEF pistol. I am selling swords, powerups, and as many firearms as I have resources. The only killer is that I simply can't meet the demand. I have about 17 ingame requests for DL44s currently as well as 10 requests for Ion Rifles (which I can't make until ADV firearms)
Various people have made the comment that as you advance you'll make money quickly but that income potential falls off as additional players are reaching those levles due to market saturation.
With the bazaar limitation of 25 items for sale, and the time frame limit of 6-7 days, it will help remove all that junk in the next few weeks allowing the better items to become available.
Its been stated by others, but let me repeat. Talk to people. Make Friend. Sell high quality experimented stuff.

Not making too much right now but I'm in a less popular city. I also have scout so I tend to go out hunting for bone and hide while surveying. I do make sure to experiment to the max on all items I sell. Overall I'm not too concerned with making TONS of cash, it's more about the fun, hunting for the best material and creating the best product. When I see a new mineral on the list I go out immediately and sample some to check traits.
I found that while grouping most people will pick up a couple of powerups from you. I usually sell these really cheap say 30-50 credits for a scope just because they are not experimented and by selling something to my group mate I increase our chances to get the job done. Come on Artisans, get out behindthe crafting station and outin the field ! I have very few hit points but I can contribute with my traps on top of a coupleshots from my rifle.
