U guys inspired me LOL, well i just quit too hey if theres one way to make this game go down its to make ppl quit too.
in my economics class i learned that when the demand goes up the price down BUT when the demand goes down the price rises , so i guess in other words if the demand are the ppl quitting the prices will get higher to keep this game in shape but since not everyone has the money i guess they'll finish by quitting too.
Sorry if i got u confused... Bottom of line..... QUIT and u'll prolly see a revamp of SWG

Jedi is an not a necessity, it's something that you can earn, but in doing so comes with disadvantages as well as advantages.

what advantages? any BH/TK, BH/Rifle, BH/Pistoleer can kill me? U spend more time than anyone else getting xp, just to have it taken away so that thatperson can u put u on their list of jedi killed, or one more notch on their gun. Jedi's currently more nerfed than any profession I've seen, the only one that comes close is when CH was nerfed. What exactely did we get out of becoming jedi? I got cut down in less than 15 seconds today by a BH that I had a 10-15 minute running battle with 1 week or so ago? As a 4/2/4/4 sabers, 2/0/0/0 healing, 0/2/0/0 ehance, buffed out with my lightsaber deflection, force armor, and healing myself I'd hope I'd last longer than that against someone using a rifle or pistol. Guess not though.I could live with the old way, yeah it sucked losing 230k xp, but at least I got a chance to earn it back, in the last 3 days I've lost 972,000 xp, and thats only from logging on twice for an hour or 2 at most each time. What exactly did I gain from the time and money I put into this game? Besides a nerfed character and class that is........

No, I do get it. Now more people will continue to play because there will be less jedi. Let's be honest here, the biggest complaint since publish 9 has been that there are too many jedi, and jedi gank squads. Now there will be less players playing their jedi because of the new XP losses. There will also be less jedi reaching Knight. This is good for the long-term future of this game.
No, you're the one who doesn't get it. This game is not about Jedi like too many of you think it is.

Actually this game IS about JEDI!
The whole focus is on jedi, the end game is jedi..the major patches are about JEDI...see a pattern?
The whole marketing point was JEDI..the whole star wars universe is about JEDI.

hmm the attraction to the class has been the only thing keeping this game afloat, if you don't realize this...(the friday features on jedi back in the day, the dev interviews ABOUT jedi, screenshots..revamps, and the HOLO DISASTER/giveaway of christmas) Then you my friend, need to start taking the short yellow bus to school, because you are an idiot.
Oh and forgot to add, there was no fanfare and newsletter announcements about the first bounty hunter mastery or fencer mastery, but there was when the first jedi appeared.

Well I cancelled 2 of my 4 accounts. Waiting to see if that matters to them of not. Will cancel 3rd one next month and last one the month after. I feel for you Geonadis, I do.
I will echo DarthINSANUS'concern as well and state that my guild/city of about 100 players still plays mainly because of each other. Content in the game is dry now and the Force sensitive issues really are at their worst bringing people to the realization that they just do not want to play with this immensely borked system. All the great promise and potential this game has and yet it is sliding downhill. I want to believe, I want to stay and I have lasted since launch but I don't know how much longer I can keep the faith.
On another note, Battlefront looks great to pass the time. Maybe we should start a "I cancelled SWG" Battlefront server? I know it's not a MMO experience but while we protest the ridiculous visibility and xp loss system, maybe we can all have some fun on a twitchy fps?
I'll be around as "BoomBeef" if anyone uses Gamespy or AllseeingEye.
