Heres my macro, goes on the F9 toolbar slot

If you are running out of action or mind just increase the second delay

/pause 3;

/stand;

/kneel;

/pause 27;

Master artisan is no big deal....go find a real profession now

And you are here why then?

Personally I like being an Artisan. I'm Artisan some Merchant and climbing up Architect and Tailor. I do this for fun. My other character is a Rifleman but I get more enjoyment out of this one.

What exactly is a "REAL" profession? One that would annoy the heck out of me and cause me to stick my nose where it doesn't belong so that I can piss off everyone else who does enjoy the profession?

I really wish people would stay out of the discussion if they have nothing useful to say.

I think I have an idea on why people are now complaining about how long it takes to get harvesting xp. *puts on his best old man voice* When I started the game, just the day after launch, I had no one to buy "grinding" resources from so I had to harvest everything myself. Things were selling for reasonable prices back in those days, so I didn't have enough money to buy a harvester for a long time, and even then it was cost-effective to continue mining my own resources for a time. Because of this, I maxed out my survey xp long before I was able to reach master artisan.

It seems to me the easiest way for our young'un artisans to earn their survey xp is by recommending they don't buy resources for a quick grind because if they want to master artisan, they're going to need surveying xp sooner or later.

*coughs and goes back to his regular voice*

Ok...so I understand a lot of you don't want to bother with mining for your artisan resources because you just want to get your holo over with, but you may as well save a few thousand credits on grinding supplies and pick up the resources yourself so you don't have to complain about how slow the survey xp is later--you know, it is possible to survey and craft at the same time.

I wasn`t hologrinding Artisan, it is just something I`ve put off from the beginned.

I`ve started and stopped it ar various points but finally decided to master it this week

I`m glad I did even the it took a few days as I can now start on Weaponsmith soon(always wanted to make my own guns).

Overall I enjoy the challange of combat more then frinding out items.

I saw one response that mentioned you can craft while sampling and kill two birds with one stone so to speak. I would like to add that to go one better I usually set up a camp for survival experience on the highest concentration I can find then sample and craft. I gain the crafting, sampling, and survival experience all at the same time. Many players may know this already but I thought it might help somebody.
