/conceal works against Humanoid and Animal NPCs.

It does not work against Players in its current form.

You probably read about suggestions from other Rangersregarding making /conceal work in PvP.

But in its current incarnation, camoflauge kits do not work against other players.

Thanks for the speedy reply. It was very informative and useful. I noticed in your topics you had a section on what armorsmiths look for. You may also want to start a thread on relationships with bio-engineers. BE's need a ton of organic resources for everything they produce. In fact, it is estimated that to go from Novice to Master BE takes over 70K of meat to grind with. I currently am in the pet stim market making stim c's. It requires high quality herbivore meat for the advanced chem component as well as Dathomir insect meat. Making pets requires the highest OQ and PE meat that you can find. Tissues require high quality hides as well as meat some of which are specific. So you see we are very dependent on the things that Rangers can provide.

I'm a Bio-engineer on Ahazi. I also have another character starting up. I was wondering if there were any websites with info on Rangers. I was interested in this for my other character as well as the ingredients for camo kits to be used by my Bio-engineer on Ahazi and also if they used factories to make them. If there is no website, can anyone get me information on what it takes to make a Camo Kit for Lok and Dathomir? Also..do rangers often sell the camo kits themselves and if so..what do they usually cost? I would imagine that sampling DNA and gathering Dathomir insect meat would be much easier with the kits. I would ask on the Ahazi board, but I'd rather come to the best source possible for correct information.

With the next patch, the flora resource will be removed from the requirements.

I think you'll need to buy a ranger too.. you need wayfaring I to use the kits.

How the heck do you use them? When i right click on them i have no use option or anything..

To use the camo kits you just need to have them in your inventroy. To activate it just juse the /camo command or the Icon. If you have nothing targeted it camo's you. If you have another player targeted they get camoed. Anything else and you get an error message saying you can only camo yourself or another player.

I've been using camo for the past 2 days without any problem. I assume you are a ranger of the appropriate level and are on the planet for the specific kit. Which kit are youusing? The only other option is that it is in a backpack or other storage pack. They must be in your main inventory.

To make life easier for ya...Make a macro like this: /conceal jebus (subsitute your name) And put this in your action bar. This will conceal you no matter what you have targeted...It works well and I dont accidently camo other people anymore

I'm new to the Ranger Profession and just got wayfaring I, I made a camo kit but now i don't know how to make it work. Help!
