I know when I was a tailor, I tried to get artisans to craft Metal Fasteners for me. Not a ton of general crafting experience (unless they got UXP when I put em into a pair of pants or a jacket)...but no one ever wanted to assist me.

I had to make so many, I eventually earned enough for Novice Chef.

If you see Malcor on the Gorath server, sell me a couple of batteries, as I'm almost a novice droid engineer.

I read that the gonk! droids can repair mind damage and also refill power...of course, since you can only have 1 droid out at a time you'll need to play the 'Hey Friend Borrow My Droid for a minute' game.

Fact of the matter is, even if you needed them, I wouldn't make many.

Really, from a purely financial standpoint NOTHING an artisan will EVER make is going to get him as much money as resources. I don't care what they put in there.

Artisans make their money from resources. You can make money of your products, but it's dwarfed by what you could make by resource sales.

Any artisan who says different has obviously never tried selling resources, or at least not in bulk.

Prices quantity on what?

In regards to resources, I sell power.

2 cr a unit normally. I have 2 fusion generators and 6 solar, so a lot.

And yes, you can sell power.

Most people who use probots in particular, have the droid out constantly when in the field. These are perhaps the best customers for batteries, especially as the batteries also heal mind wounds.

I tend to manufacture batteries and sell them by the crate on the bazaar. They sell extremely well if you experiment them up to 4 charges each.
