On my server they sell on my Vendor at 200k per and 350k for a 2 stack. Yes resources are hard to get as I mine in space myself and pay other Space Miners for thier time per Cpu. But as more Space Miners I hire if I get enough to keep full stock I wouls lower the price on these to a reasonable amount for the repair of any Barc, AV, and Jetpack. Only cause these 3 Vehicles are going to be the Expensive and hard to get ones in the game is why I think these tools should be kinda rare in thier own way too. A Good price on these i would think would be about 100-150k maybe less depending on how much a pilot would work for you for per Cpu. Thus until more Space Miners get out thier and do thier Job you will see these rare and hard to get cause of the amount of resources coming in. I have been at making these since before the Pub and now it seems I make maybe bout 1-10 a day, but sometimes i get no resources to make more and once and a while thier will be none made in that day. As for schematics I have made none becuase for that many Kits it would cost and take a very long time to get. My Tools sell fine and just remind your customers to be careful with thier bike. Use a swoop once and a while or another cheap alt Vehicle. I remember once you got a AV if if blew up you had to Buy another lol. Jetpacks I do not know about cause i have not owned one yet
. Between a Jetpack being near to priceless and a AV costing 3mil each (on my Server ) I think at a cost of anywhere from 100-200k is pretty good. We should be thank that Space Resource have a purpose in this game now also. One thing I noticed in all this is so far I have mined more resources then all the Pilots together have dropped off so far and yes it takes time to make a good amount of tools. So until I recieve more Resource and more Space Miners in space this item is going to be rare on the Galaxy Vendor Search.

I believe the notes state that the Restoration Kit does not apply to the Flash Speeder. Flash Speeders are restored in their usual way.
it's probably cheaper to pay the game 20k to get a new flash speeder than to use a kit anyway
the flashh is account locked and non tradeable, maybe thats why the devs ony thought it would be ok for 20k to have a new one

Hey Pappi how does that work? I don't have a flash speeder but a lot of players thatwanta new one cause theirs got destroyed, areasking me to make one which of course I can't do so it would be cool to let them know that they can get a new one for 20K.

Depends on how you got your flash speeder, if it was given by a CSR [Chimaera had a lot given out] once destroyed you can't type /flashpeeder

But here is the problem...these are restore kits used to repair everything from the AV, BARC, to the swoop or AB-1. Why would the devs make these restore kits now able to restore swoops if they wanted people to charge 200k? I can buy a factory crate full of swoops for that much.
I'm not arguing that it is hard and the resources merit the high price. I am speculating that the devs will lessen the resource requirements at some point soon. I doesn't make any sense to me that they would allow these kits to restore everything now and not change the resource requirements. Why make a change at all then?
So if I have 2 disabled vehicles I need 2 restore kits?

The kits are primarily for the rare and hard to get vehicles, AV-1, Barc, JetPack. Yes, you can use it for the other vehicles, however it isn't really cost effective. It's far cheaper to buy a new swoop than a kit.
However, it is cheaper to buy a kit than a new AV-1, no?

As a shipwright, I have to say that I charge 100 CPU for items containing asteroid resources. While some might balk at this, I feel it is fair for the time that I must put into mining the resources, which is tedious and time-consuming, at best.
However, it appears that the publish 24 release notes on TC indicate that the yield of asteroid mining will be increased 2-4 times. This will indeed be interesting, and cause me to change my prices.

The amount of asteroidals per kit does seem kind of steep. The mining changes and the Y-8 changes might mitigate this to a certain extent though.

I have found that I have a hard time keeping these in stock. They sell faster than I can get the astroids mined.

Ok a brief rundown on Vehicle Restoration Kits:
They take 750 Carbonaceous asteroid and 750 petrochemical asteroid.
They are a one time use item.
They are stackable.
They can be made in factory runs, resulting in a crate.
To use one, simply bring up the radial menu on a destroyed vehicle with a Vehicle Restoration Kit in your inventory.
They can be used on *any* vehicle (tho, why you'd use it on anything other than a BARC, AV-21 or Jetpack is beyond me
)
They are made by master artisans.
There is no stats associated with them, hence no experimentation.
Anything I've forgotten? They're a pain to mine for, but easy to make. The hard part is getting motivated enough to get the resources lol. It's not easy now, cause everyone's mining the asteroids for the kits.
Any other q's, ask 'em
