Do harvisters run if you are off line?? And say you put 600 or what ever to keep it running for 20hrs what happens to it after the 22hrs, does it just shut off or does it breakdown or something like that/

Yes, that is the point of harvesters. You let them continue while you're not in the game. It's slower than if you were to do it yourself, but if you stay in say.... 6 hours. That's a lot. Especially if you sample the whole time. Meanwhile your harvester will go all 24.


I say stock your harvester up with more than just 20 hours of reserves. Mine have at least 3-4 days' worth. If I leave them for a while then come back after those 3 days, I'll have a boat-load of minerals/wind.
