Hmm, I hadn't sampled in a while, then a couple weeks ago I decided to actually mine for myself. Did a sample and got 400+ xp for it. I thought they had reworked sampling xp, but it actually looks like that was some freak xp bug I got......

I just either left the comp on, asaftr the first few times, the highr concentrationppopups stop coming for a while, and crafted stuf whie sampling to alleviate the boredom. You can crat and sampl at the same time, so you might as well do something productive whie grinding.
