They don't need anyone to craft bogus schematics just for testing purposes. They are giving away free vehicles to anyone who wants one for testing purposes. If they have any desire at all to actually test the crafting of vehicles, then the really need to be using the actual schematics.

so is it on master now? im very confused on the issue.It would certainly be a great thing. im tired of this stupid Electronics module and birdcage thing.

Yes, the three starting vehicles are now under Master Artisan. (and there was much rejoicing!)
