Took me two days to grab 3 blue wires off of them stingy hooligans...but at the same time I got 4 heating elements off their friends so....

I managed to get 6 blue wires from hooligans whilst standing at the front door to the Binayre POI on talus

2 spawn infront of the door and another just inside if you loot the 2 at the front door fast enough 2 more spawn immediately

also managed to get enough heating elememnts for another 2 metal recyclers from these guys and only ever got the wire from the hooligans so didn't bother going inside the bunker just waitied outside

now im doomed to hunt corsairs captains for agitator motor schematics forever

so far have I made up Metal,Chemical& Ore Recyclers keep telling myself im halfway there to a full set
