I havespawn rapedthe Binayre bunker for 3 hours, did 30+ mission to try and these things, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, I am tired of CLICKING.. lol, any suggestions, thoughts ideas, answers.. PLS help lol I am losing my mind lol

There is a static spawn of Holligans outside Dearic, but the type of npc's at this location change each time the server restarts. So your best chance is to check the area outside Dearic from time to time.

Did try this spawn and got 6 blue wireswithin 10min. Now all i need is some of those Feeder tubes

I have only looted Blue Wire once at it was from a Binyare Hooligan at the Binyare POI. I was there about and hour and killed around 10 Hooligans and I looted only one.

I was able to loot 2 in a period of about 20 mins but obviously that was very lucky... I would expect that most would get 1 after about 2 hours at that POI.

Okay help a girl out here, how far out of dearic and which direction? is it IN the city or outside all I can find is chunkers and well they are pretty useless for blue wire I think

Hehehe ... all the comments about the static spawns changing at server restart kinda' makes me wish they still took the servers down every morning around 4 PST

I tried looking on my server almost daily for 2 weeks, gave up over the weekend. So decided (as much as i hate people doing it) AFK camp the POI. Had to lower my faction for them, didn't take too long.

Started my loot macro & another to keep me in-game just incase. Stood outside the doorway off to one side where they could aggro me (only 2 holigans there, a 3rd does spawn just inside the door and around the corner).

Let it run all night (server didn't come down, was running when i got up). To my amazement i had only 2 blue wire, better then nothing i guess. So I went to work for my usual 9-10 hour day, came back and had 2 more. I did find 4 of the grey broken viewscreens too.

So almost 24 hrs. & only found 4. Wishing i had looted more but like i said, its better then nothing.

this static spawn varies with each server restart.....it's either binyare, slemo, or chunkers. and it's like right outside the city (about 300-500m from the starport).

i detest POI camping...yet sadly i need to do it for this...and yep...it's difficult to get.

I had to sit at the POI most of this past saturday to get 3 blue wires. It took many hours and nearly killed me of boredom, but i got em finally Thank god! I tried like heck to get missions from terminals for hooligan spawns, to test the above theory, but couldnt find any. I used pets and various weapons to get missions of Difficulty 8-40+ and none of them were hooligan lairs sadly. =( So all i can tell you with certainty is that if you camp the POI for many hours you will 'eventually' get yer blue wires.

oh yeah i been searching for a binarye spawn outside of dearic for awhile but havent found one, probably just bad luck tho on my behalf. Everytime i go to dearic i cricle the city about 300-500 out a few times to try to score a spawn. So far its always been chunkers.

Is it just me, or has anyone else had trouble finding these recently. My alt is an artisan, and i've been using my main to farm binyares(which every post on the subject says drops blue wires) and nothing.They drop other stuff as well, and they have a VERY stingy drop rate for anything.i've been at it for a while, and have quite a bit of their other drops,but no wires.

any response would be appreciated

I understand that they onlydrop off Binayre Hooligans not just any old Binayre. In response to whether they drop often...a mate of mine managed to get me 8 blue wires (and 4 spinner blades) in an evening of play. So they are there, and do drop. Good Luck!
