sorry but i get this bug with all kinds of stuff since last publish, also regardless of server lag (neither coronet at prime time nor tatooine early morning did make a difference).
also it happens with numerous schematics, tools, exo protein wafers, survey tools, laser knives. it also doesn't matter if you are using a crafting macro or do the stuff yourself. so please cut the crap about macro grinders being the only ones who have that problem. i also loose resources if it cancels my crafting session just before manufacturing the item. so i think "feature" doesn't just quite describe it. (although it seems to fit soes understanding of features )

(Please don't knee-jerk, this is a serious question :-)

Would you characterize your failure rate (session ends, resources lost, no XP or item) to be:

• More Frequent than your usual Crit Fails
• The same frequency as your usual Crit Fails
• Less Frequent than your usual Crit Fails

I'm still chasing this down, btw.
