I used to sell EVERYTHING for 6 cpu (resources not included), but the immense time some things take to cook up in a factory screams "pay me MORE".

my kits came out at 9 charges, and 9 * 750 is a bit much, so I'll be selling them for 4500 to start out with.

I've been selling them all day for 5k for nine charges - could only get it to 96 percent efficiency. I have two crates of five on my vendor for 20k. Sold 55 today.

I'm selling them for 2K for 96% with 9 charges per. The actual amount of resources in them isn't that much, it's the time spent making/buying the subcomponents. I usually sell tools for 200 credits each, but none of the others have stuff like controller units and so on.

2K seems a fair price to me.

I am selling a 6 usage kit for 600 credits. Since the paint jobs don't seen to last too long and it was costing me about 250 credits in resources, I thought 600 was a reasonable price. Maybe too cheap compared to others.


That said, someone asked me how much it would be for 12 kits. I told him I would sell him 12 at 500 each. He told me he wasn't stupid and that I was trying to rip him off!!! He could get them a lot cheaper elsewhere!

Mine have been moving at 2995.. see the sig. 7 charge kits w/good quality steel, could prolly get better if I toss in the 1k conduit copper too

I base my price on not only the resources required but the time involved. Since they take two subcomponents and I can't make one of them, I do spend a bit of time putting them together, hence the higher price.

As to the second, I've never had that happen to me, but apparently a lot of other people have. The best response to people like that is to let them find out for themselves. If someone ever told me that they could get some item more cheaply than I was selling it for, I'd very politely congratulate them and encourage them to go get it.

I sell them for 1k/charge to the general public, my guild gets a huge discount, and Members of the City I'm in get a better price also....

I even incluse a handy tip: If you click the X instead of OK it will last until you store, and won't use a charge.
