You are mistaken. It has never been possible to get min dmg, max dmg, or speed on the primary stat of a melee powerup.

Look, you canpost in every thread & hijack it & cry shenanigans all you like. It is possible to make them, I've had them before on my Jedi when he was swordsman. I believe you need to be weaponsmith as well(not sure about that), to get a schematic of them to run in your factory. I know people have had them, I asked 10 former guildmates & they all remember Shimmer on Eclipse that used to make them(or a vendor in her building did) for ever. She has left the game awhile back, but I've seen them as soon as a few months ago on other vendors. Now maybe they changed it, or made it next to impossible to get them, but it is possible.

If you experiment one point at a time, get a crit failure in there, occasionally you'll end up with 3-5 stats on the powerup ... allowing multiple secondary stats to come into play.
You won't get min/max as the primary but you can get decent stats .... I currently have 14.5 max/ 9.73 min / 30 action (didn't have my +2 suit on to max %'s on grrrrr could've been even better ) and 7 min / 16 max / 33 ideal reange on the vendor right now. Melee.

First of all, this is the first thread that I can ever recall posting about Max/Min melee power ups and I am not hijacking anyone's thread. He asked a question, and I answered it with the correct answer, they ARE NOT CRAFTABLE... second of all, prove it and I will never post again about it.
It certainly hasn't been possible since Jan 04, I can vouch for that since that is when I started my Master Artisan.

Every time this topic comes up, people (non-artisans) are willing to swear on their mothers' graves that it's possible, but when asked for proof they can't provide anything more than recollections of things in the past.
Well, what's more reliable, the recollection of someone whoHAS BEEN CRAFTING POWERUPS SINCE BETA AND HAS PROBABLY MADE THOUSANDS OF SCHEMATICS AND DELETED THOUSANDS MORE or someone who has only USED them?
I remember when one person said he had DEFINITIVE proof that 33% max damage melee powerups were possible. He even posted a screen shot of it. I had to LOLbecause he thought the +33 to max damage listed in the stats window of the screen shot he posted was actually a percentage, rather than an actual damage increase. See, he had a 206 max dmg vk and he put the PUP on it to get a total max dmg of 239. It sucked to tell him that +33 to max damagewas only 16% of 206, but we had to do it.

I made a max 16/min 8 damage melee pup about a month ago. Got it after about 50-80 tries. This whole week I'm trying to make one of those with the exact same class of recources that I used in the one I made a month ago. I did about 300 tries this week.............300, I'm not kidding and I still haven't seen a max/min powerup. I honestly think they killed it.
All this tries left me really frustraded because i know it's possible, unless they changed it. But then I think they should have told us.
Is there anyone here, who made a max/min damage melee pup in the last week that can confirm that they STILL can be made, and if so, what class of recources did you use...

i'm also glad i read this. because just tonight i was trying to get one of these with my alt. but never even got max damage to pop as primary.
and i'd like to tell all the "i have them in my house" posters to post a screen shot. until you post a screen shot your posts mean nothing.
ps. since we are on the topic, whatare actuall sellable mods on a Melee pup?

I make attack Speed(I know it doesnt matter for the speed cappers), Max Damage Powerups for melee, and Min, MAX on ranged..

I just made a schem not as uber like the ones above but its still possible i guess the stats on mine are:
MAX 5.94
HEALTH COST 32.83
MIN 16.17
So i guess its still possible to get the 32min and 16max it would just take forever to get it..and this is a melee pup
