I looted one from a random spawn of Corsair's about 1500m south of Nym's Stronghold. I've found just wandering down there and finding a few groups of random spawn NPC's does the trick - finish off one group, finish of the other, and the first group respawns.

has anyone tried makeing a manufacturing schemtic from the agitator motor schemtic? since the required loot item don't have a serial number, i was wondering if you can make a manufactureing schemtic and just get the loot the make more motors.

well after a few months i thought i would bring this thread back up. How many of ya have gotten thoughs dang recyclers now. The more i think about it I think they are not worht the trouble since they only put out 200 across the board. If they put out better stats i might think differently. The work you have to put in to get the parts is ridiculous.
If i am wrong about this please tell me, and tell me the advantages of them over the the ablitiy to combine left over stuff with almost useless stats.

Well, I have the flora andcreature recyclers put together.
The flora one I have found the least useful.
The creature one is excellent. For my chef it lets me combine small amounts of a creature materials, like milk, and make large 20K stacks for factory runs. 20K stacks of milk of one type were really tough to get. Now I can toss the 300-500 batches in there easily. The stats don't matter for milk on subs so the 200's are insignificant.
So, while not as good as a component analysis tool (for shipwrights...takes the best stat in each area when combining) the recyclers have been useful for me. But, they were a pain to aquire the materials no doubt.

I still can't find any blue wire.
I've managed to acquire everything to make a metal and creature recycler, but I have never seen blue wire. I'm starting to doubt that it exists.
Oh, and I'm 3 spinner blades short of a flora recycler.

I've got all the components for the Flora Recycler. Put it together and found out its bugged. CSR gave me my parts back and told me not to build it again as they're working on a remedy. Haven't read nor heard of anything about such a bug since. Still waiting patiently to put it together.
Also I noticed on some servers certain components just are not showing up. Like on Corbantis, no one has ever heard of a "Heating Element". I spammed for a while offering 100k a peice for them. And seems how the Metal Recycler requires 4, you'd think its the common component to loot. But as I said, no one has seen nore heard of one on Corbantis.

let me ask this now i have bits and peices but thats about it. I am a master marksman right now. Can I kill most of the mob that carry these parts. Because i am a casual player i havent had a chance to see alot of the mobs that have the parts.

You can kill most of these, yes. It's just a matter of putting the time into it. The Canyon Corsairs could be tough if they gang up on you. The tuskens would be the same. I looted feeder tubes from the Tusken fort, where you can maximize your chances of getting a feeder tube since there are so many tuskens. You might consider spawns of these out in the environment.

I have managed to make all five recyclers, took me 2 weeks to get all the pieces.

made my first full set 
and also 2 x metal recyclers extra
and also 2 x metal recyclers extra after a week of looting with my riflewook/ranger alt got the last spinner blades i needed yesterday morning
so so pleased i got them outa the way before CU hits home

I only started making my recyclers a few weeks ago and thats all it took a bit of vendor searching a bit of guild bullying(moaning in gc until the combatants caved in and went off to kill corsec captians for me :smileyhappy a bit of time chasing around on talus for blue wire and a couple of buffs on corillia looting spinners
