They way its going to work... and as has been confirmed by Tiggs.
Digital Download RotW (pre order) = No BARC Speeder
Buying the fullpackage(SGW,JTL,RotW pack) = BARC Speeder
So unless you want to start a new account, you won't be getting a BARC speeder... although they will be tradeable so you will probably be seeing a lot of them on the Trade Forums.
digi download(pre order)have new mount (new pet in movie..dont remamber name) rigt?
when we are going to see full pack? ..is there ganna be pre order?( pre order??? himm weard)

in the stratics chat they said it'd be tradeable, so if you want it bad enough you'll be able to buy it from the n00bs

The BARC speeder is tied to the retail version of ROTW (which is being released in a three pack along with Empire Divided and JTL). Each game in that three pack will have it's own registration key; the BARC speeder is tied to the ROTW key in the same manner that the Flash Speeder was tied to the pre-order JTL keys.
The only ones *not* getting the BARC speeder are the ones who opt for the three week early pre-order Digital Download. Everyone else purchasing the retail version will get the BARC speeder.

So i get it with the normal box (not 3 in 1) too?

That's the question I'd like to see an answer to. I have the first two (Empire Divided and JTL) so I don't need them again. I don't trust the digital download thing-would rather have a physical CD in the event that a meotorite crashes into my computer and I have to start fresh.

I am so cancelling the crappy digital download. Do these stupid devs actually think? How could they not realize the firestorm their stupid decision would lead to? Why is it these same group of guys always seem to come up with these annoying decisions time and time again? The really need to hire to common sense person to watch over them.

mmmm i would like the barc. ok if i register the new expantion on my account i get it no prob.
if its indestructabole or can be recalled like the flash then even better but as its tradeable im not sure how they gonna do that!
option 2 is i make millions of credits very easily and they cant stop me doing it.
set up new accout, make char, give speeder deed to guildie, delete char, make new char, give deed to guildie etc.........after 1st month delete account and then sell the 500 barc speeders for 10 mill each...easy pie....wake up soe tell us EXACTLY how this new barc is gonna work please. is it a one off? will it be one per ACCOUNT, one per SERVER or one per CHAR. once traded can we get another? once it gets disabled...what then?

I doubt that you will find any answers util the day before the tree in one pack comes out. bygiving us the info we seek one ofthe folowing sceneriospalys out for us.
First we learn that the speeder will be no different than any othe in game vehicle with no bonuses like the falsh speeder had. Therefore we wouldonly get the digital download.
Second, just the opposite of the first one, we learn that there is some feature about the speeder that we must have and so we only buy the three in one pack.
Third, we learn what jahlad wants to know, and we see oportunity to make lots of credits from selling the speeders. So we again ingnore the digital download.
So by keeping us in the dark, we are more likely to get both the digital download and the three in one pack.

How are they keeping you in the dark? I've known about this for almost a month.
With the Digital Download (only available to exisitng Station members), you get:
The Varactyl, the lizard mount used by Obi Wan Kenobi in the upcoming EP3 film...........fastest mount in SWG, supposedly even faster than an AV-21, and I believe you can fight while mounted on it.
With the Retail Pack you get the BARC speeder. Basically a re-skinned regular ol' speeder bike. Even in the movie teasers, the BARC is an old, outdated piece of machinery, and was discontinued in use after the EP3 timeline.

This could mean a lot ... it could mean that there are already faster mounts in-game and it'll be one of the fastest new mounts. As far as i know it won't be the fastest new mount, there's is one 'raptor' thingy added that is a little faster. Anyways, i think those pets will be tameable, so not a unique item like the BARC speeder.
I am personally getting Pre-Order for one account and retail box for the other. I appriciate they giving away some nice little gifts with the box, but it shouldn't be undestroyable as the jtl speeder is (as far as i know). - I dunno have one, but i think you can always redeed it and get a new one. I would prefer having a quest (like the vette one) for it. But do me one favour DEVS, don't hand out millions of schematics and hold all the powerplants for yourself
