Thread: Resigning as Correspondent
I emailed this morning asking to be removed a the Artisan Correspondent. I do not belive that the program works and to be honest Iam tired of getting flameing emails and private messages because people think I know something they don't or have some magic line to the devs.
Iam also tired of bugs in general and a lack of CSR support. In just the last few days I have lost 10k in credits from a tip that never went though yet I got an email saying I was tipped and the tipper was missing the credits. My vendor ate a factory, 2 medium houses, 1 large house and over 30 pieces of furniture and crafting stations. I have not had a CSR ticket sucessfully answered since the first week the game went live and Ive had it.
I will continue to play till my current subscription runs out for hopes of improvement.
Take care,
Sorry about the frustration Jas..
The whole tip delay thingy happened to me too.. i posted about it on another thread.. the thing is tho, is that it took about 24 - 48 hours for me to receive the funds into my account.. so just because the tip went through recently, doesn't mean that the cash is gone.. you got the confirmation email, so it might just be delayed like mine was..
Cheer up ![]()
Yeah but flame emails/PMs are just bang out of order
Some people around here need to grow up
It seems to have worked at least for a month or so, but I kind of expect this to be more of the norm and I fully expect more to leave the position. I sure wouldn't want to deal with all the crap considering you get next to nothing in return. 1 letter from the devs isn't quite nothing, but close and they didn't really even need correspondents for that.
Good luck to you. It is still a good game IMO, I just have realized that I'll be playing beta for the next few months. It will never get out of a Beta stage. They have to add new stuff to keep people here and we are in essence always testing that.
Just look at all the new members here on the board everyday, yes I know that not all are playing but most are. They might be worried if there were no new members showing up, but that wont happen.
They need to stop accomidateing the indevidual(sorry about spelling) and look at the game as a whole and fix that.
Agian sorry to see you go Jasarina I know you did your best to help and make this game better.
From what I've seen Jasarina, you've done an excellent job with the task you were given. Thank you for the time & effort, and I at least am sorry to see you go!
Hey Jas, sorry to hear that. I thought you were doing a great job.
Did you see Holo's post today about the communication gap?

Sorry to hear this Jas!!!!! I thought you were organized, intelligent and would make a difference for us that had no other options. CSR is a joke. I have never seen a less organized/efficient attempt at customer relations in my life. It is back to the Robber Baron days for thismorphs. I have lost so many credits/resources in this game that I quit keeping track. If a CSR ever answered me, let alone do anything constructive, I would keel over.
Most of all I am saddened that they appoint someone like you and then ignore all imput. I have two accounts that will not be renewed unless some major changes are made.
Stillness
Cherri
I am sorry to see you go, but understand completely:I feel all the same frustrations.
I thought you did a great job. I find it distressing that you (and other) team leads were getting all kinds of grief from players. Anyhow, thanks for your efforts, they were much appreciated.
Regards,
Artuk
