Well in one of the threads in this forum I posted I had a guide on the net to writing in game macro's, how to sample, swtich weapons and armor/clothing, etc etc. I asked that any who would like to read this guide please email me asking nicelly blaa blaa blaa . .

well I cant keep up with the emails lol! No its true, that many people asked me for a link, so in the end I guess there is no reason to keep it under wraps from this board, as about only half the people who asked will prob have not given out the site like I asked them to ( I know this to be true becuase I checked my bandwith usage the last couple of days . . needless to say . . . OH MY! ).

SO here ya go, here is the link, for all you artisans AND combat classes out there, to writing IN GAME ( as in , LEGAL ) macro's to do whatever your little heart desires.

BTW Im putting this up becuase of the influx of emails asking for the link, and asking questions to, so you can just post here if you have any questions . . and also . .

I put up I have a guide, get alot of emails asking for the guide, give it to them, and suddenlly the board is covered with bits and pieces of my guide, all people claiming props.

Oh my god, ive so underestimated these advanced macros. Just amazing how I can assign a /ui action toolbarPaneXX command on a change weapon macro and have it change into a fresh toolbar where I have ALL the skills for that weapon.

Not to mention making a macro to change on and off armor, real time (and life) saver. Great stuff man.

Ya they can do alot, a heck of alot more then alot of people even relize they can. It takes some time to get them down and finished up, but once your macro is done, man you can pretty much do anything.

Question, call me stupid but I love what it appears I can do with this.

In making the survey macro you have sampled, do I put all the commands in seperately or on the same line?

I too find i've been under estimating advanced macro's functions this will help greatly.

Just a little note mind, i've no problem with the web page personally, however... a little warning on the profanity i feel would suitable as not all readers might be ok with it (like minors), your clearly very clever and well versed in most of your literature, i just hope you dont take this the wrong way.

You only need to put each one on its own line. You dont even need a ; like alot of people think. Basically just type your first line, hit enter, and then type your next.

Lol xYorkx, ya I DID actually leave a warning. My main site has no warning becyase thats the point of it, but I know how some peoplle are easily offended by us NY'ers lol, so I figured I would drop a word.

Very useful and easy to follow guide. I must say it's one of the easiest comparing to the marco's I've read and used before. I'm sticking to this one, since you can actually stop the macro by removing the icon on the toolbar.
