Okay, so I have this AV-21 right? And it wont let me drive it or fix it at a garage cause it's disabled (not destroyed, disabled). Is there any way to fix it or do I just have to get a new one?

Well, I heard there was a way to fix destroyed jetpacks, something about a repair kit? Was wondering if such a repair kit existed for speeders. Just an idea.

There is now new a master artisan schem called BARC repair tool. Takes 1500 space res to make. Not much help for destoyed av-21's but at least the barcs seems fixable now.

If theyare going to make a repair kit for the BARC Speeder, how about going a step further and making a repair kit for any disabled vehicle? Or at the very least for the AV-21 and Jetpack?

Ever since the CURB I have been too paranoid to take my jetpack out anywhere but in my city. That's a lot of work to go through to get a pack only to have some thug with a rear attack blow it up.

A crafted pack would allow Artisans to make money off of kits, while allowing us to repair vehicles that are not easily replaced.

Plus I'm sure it would be easier resource wise to crafta repair kit to fix a swoop then a new swoop.

I'd love to see some sort of repair kit for vehicles, but not for disabled vehicles. If vehicles don't blow up, people don't buy more from me.

As for a portable kit, you should be able to use it anywhere to restore your vehicle to maximum condition as if parked next to a garage. However, since vehicle repairs serve as a money sink, I think it should cost double the current rate to repair it using a kit when you're not near a garage. Sort of a "convenience fee" paid to the system.

How about a one off payment at the garage to renable a vehicle then pay to fix it up completly just like with harvesters that have 0 condition you pay 9990 credits then pay for repairs simple

Why not make a repair kit that is craftable by artisans to repair a disabled vehicle? I don't care if it cost me as much as a new swoop, some people would rather fix their old one then have to buy another.

Plus it takes care of AV 21's and Jetpacks, those need some kind of repair option for what it takes to make them.

I don't like the idea of a kit that would repair "regular" disabledvehicles because as Elyssa said: if people's vehicles don't blow up, people don't buy new ones from artisans.

What I'd like to see in terms of a repair kit is as follows:

  1. A kit that will repair AV-21s, BARCs, and Jetpacks: basically all of the "hard to get" vehicles. Naboo landspeeders are not on the list because as a non-tradable/non-craftablepreorder reward they already have a built-in repair feature.

  2. Made by artisans: gives us an additional item to sell.

  3. Limited uses: creates a return customer market for us.

  4. Requires payment to the nearest garage when used: this fee would be the normal cost of completely repairing the vehicle plus an additional fee for restoring the vehicle from its "disabled" status.

Excellent Ideas

If they are including a BARC repair kit, I think an AV-21 shouldn't be too much out of the question. It is also hard to get especially the power plants.
