Finally, i found a way to unlock the 1024m survey option after weeks of experimenting!

This is true, I photoshopped together how the tool SHOULD look like and work...

Even if it didn't have the 1024m range the listing of stats would be a great addition of the survey tool.

Totally agree with stats being put in the survey window. THough they will probably say that it is part of the job of a surveyor to survey and sample to check the resources. They don't want us to get lazy!!

That's the point. A few hours work per planet per week (resources shift roughly once a week) adds up, mining resources shouldn't be limited to people that can spend six hours a day on a speeder riding around planets looking for deposits.
