WOW please someone please explain to me about how hard is to get the armor the same color? I have used all the websights to explain to the armorsmtih buthe/she gets it wrong. First I ask to forBlue on Black in a order and then she/he says ok then when i pick up the order the armor is Purple and blue and when i ask she/he tells me there is no black... okshe/he says they will make a other armor to replace the one I have,.... ok. She/he gives me a web sight and I go over it carefully with 3 friends to get the armor colors right. I change the color so it wont be confusing so I choose RED on GREY using the color code on the web sight http://mg.web-cities.com/ris/html right and explain the color code and where i want them. GUESSwhat !!! the boots are not red and grey but tan on red and the chest, biceps, and forearms are not red on grey but are grey on red. WOW!!! how hard is it. I have all the emails. Which I have set to different people to see if I am wrong or to see if the emails are hard to understadn and all says is plain has clear has day.Is it me? Now for 15 mil a pop for this RIS armor I should get my money worth. Now I want a refund and she/hesays no cause she describe the armor in my name but i say it again how hard is to get the armor color codes right?
Thank you

With grammar like that I certainly wouldn't rule out poor explinations on your part...
But there's no reason to cry about it on our boards. What do you want us to do about it?

Yeah, you are pretty hard to understand. Take a breath when you're writing; they're called paragraphs.
Now, red on grey and grey on red mean nothing except that you want red and grey. If you went to that web site and picked your colors based on the helmet, it shows you nothing about how the colors will work on the other pieces. So if you pick KH as your color combo, you don't really know how the colors will be applied to the other pieces. Sounds like the smith just applied them in the same order to all the pieces.
Why you got a tan piece if you say "KH," I don't know. That sounds like a mistake.
As far as asking for black and getting purple, well, that might all be in the monitor or graphic settings. There are armors that come in bright shades of violet and purple (padded, marauder, and mabari). And most armors have a black or a very dark grey. RIS does not have a purple and it does not have a black, only a dark blue and a dark grey. You didn't say what kind of armor the blue/black combo was supposed to be.

At least show up for your english class. The ability to communicate clearly helps greatly when you are trying to get what you want.
This is why color kits would be very nice. Not everyone is gifted with the ability to communicate and those people need to do the coloring themselves.

Too bad the website that you provided doesn't work.
Anyways, when an AS is looking at a colour palette and choses the colours, the colours that we actually get in the end aresometimesnot the colours we want
. Turn on you're personal light and then the colours change again. Also, this is one thing I've noticed alot in game, alot of the colours in the game itself are really kind of bland. It's a technical limitation of the game and games in general. It's not like they can have full 32-bit colour and expect the game to run at 30 fps.
But as for the colour thing on your armor and the problems you're having with the AS that makes it for you, I'd suggest you throw your name on the list of those that need armor colouring kits. You're pretty much at the mercy of what colours are available for the desired item. Not all items in the game provide a rich combination of colours.

For that matter if you were using an old site the pallettes could be wrong. Some colours were moved around when the CU came.
