Well when someone collect all the parts needed for RIS armor , he goes to his favorite armorsmith and he crafts it.

The problem is that the person who collected all the stuff (and that can take weeks or months as we know) cannot desgin the armor as he wish , if the armorsmith clicks wrong color for example (of course this shouldnt happen but ...) thiswould bereally bad.

Players should be able to change the color of the RIS armor by radial menu themselfs !

For composite armor you can change the color , wy not for R.I.S. ???

Man, if color changing was possible on RIS, I would sell a lot more.

Composite should not be colored through the radial menu. This was a "bug fix" to an issue created by the developers and they have just left it in place. I think everyone who had their armor "messed up" last Christmas has had plenty of time to recolor the armor. The option needs removed so that players must buy their pretty colored armor. Yes, more work for us, but overall more sales. Now if we're talking about fixing that gawd awful color palette on RIS... and making it from changing colors on different planets... I'm down with that =)

We've agrued this point before. Most AS agree that the color change is a good thing. I see no problem with players being able to change the color of their armor. Makes my life a lot eaiser.

As a compromise, they should make armor color changing kits.

I also think that all armors should be color changeable by radial menu , look at the Mandolorian Armor parts , they come in so many different colors , red , green ect ... in the end a full set looks like a clown outfit !

I am in. I also think the RIS palatte needs to be greatly expanded.

If they don't make color changable, atleast give us more colors

It has just happend , an as is crafting the RIS parts atm , he did choosed wrong color at 2 parts ... great.

I would like to see color kits though, so I can sell them for 2k each for 100credits of resources

Hehe agreed on the clown outfit! But I've never seen anyone wear it on my server, only screenshots from other servers. I think the lack of selecting colors is wrong. I also think that a droid engineers and tailors have no content (ie. nodungeon to make SBD, assassin droids, etc.) and get to craft armor is wrong.

Now that I come to think of it, in the OT I saw 3 people wielding lightsabers and 2 other force users for a total of 5. I saw 1 person wearing Mandalorian armor. With this logic I should see 1 person in Mandalorian armor for ever 5 jedi... eh... I'm not even gonna do the math on that one, would make Mandalorian almost as common as composite.

Anyways, the whole Blacksun spawn, DWB difficulty, random color selection, farming out armor crafting to no-content profession was pretty much a botched job by the developers.

2 parts wrong color (not as i wanted them) and 1 crit fail and 1 part lableled wrong.

i now have a full set without gloves and 2 parts have colors i dont wanted , this day is the worst day in SWG i ever had.

When i opened this topic i just thought i might post this ,everything i feared is real now ...
