You sure that isn't already sliced?

that is what they said, would this be possible with getting some sort of really nice base effectiveness layers? could such things get to +4% to base? or maybe with using nice nightsister layers?

I can only see this possible with some real real good NS layers. I have some 5% base with -11 action layers, and some real good shards, but I would think you need a layer with 6%+ to get 80% base eff.

80%base unsliced would sell for millions, especially with that encum.

Might be with an 80% special protection, adn the base up to that magic 69% number, which appears to be what you need to hit to reach the 90% slice.

Krayt Segments would also get you low HAM.

I think I made triple layered composite (HAM reduced) with about 216 health HAM and 63-64% base resists.

yep were good krayt segs......43% to be exact...

and someone posted about blah blah couldnt get to 90....look at the pic again....Milan

NO special protection...all would be effected in slice...

Krayt scales put it all into special with only restraint being able to get the resist slice....

trivial piece....easy to make...just hard to acquire segs like that and not the basic 10% 5000 integrity ones...

which i get to about 44-45 base...

Tempest has crappy resources compared to other servers...highest base using layers Ive made is 66-67% using good ol elec layers with that being 80 of course...good sellers to people who want all resist sliced suits...

Well i'm a recently new Master armorsmith but its been a leisurely grind to it... Have had plenty of time to do research on how things work... And people that know me know I put forth my best effort in whateverI do and are looking forward to me producing my first suits of armor (not going to rush into that either)... People were sad to see me give up Master Architect but understood that since I had been MA since the Dawn of Tempest (Mastered twice), that a change was in order (not to mention keeping that much ore on hand was getting to be a drag)... Drop me a line in game if you wish to chat Siouxxsie I'm on almost 6-8 hours everyday...

I saw the posting. It looks very much like some very nice Krayt segments were used. Electrical was not in special, it was in the base resists.

I know siouxxsie. She is a good gal and would never mis-represent her wares. Here is the post.
