Thread: RIS Question

To complete the quest you need to make 1 segment and 1 layer that I know of. Do you also need to make 1 piece of armor thus needing the components for 2 segments?

that is correct, you willneed to craft an additional segment to be used in the armor piece, the layer in this last piece is optional.

I really thing the RIS helmet is awesome looking. If a person only wanted to have the helmet made, what components would they have to come up with? Does anyone have this info, or maybe a link to where I could find the info? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I'm not an armor smith. The make up for segments and then layers on this link, is that for every piece? As far as I can tell from that post, those recources are just for the boots. I only want the helmet. Is that right?

I'm a master armorsmith on Scylla and I've got 2 schematics in the RIS quest. I have a few peko feathers(which I know are optional for layers) and a ton of woolamander bone fragments and a ton of gurk king hide. I'm lacking Giant Dune Kimogila Scales. Is just one of each required for a whole suit or per piece? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

But to answer your question, *each* piece requires a bone frag, gurk hide, and kimo scale. The feather is not required. So you'll need 9 bones, 9 gurk hides, and 9 kimo scales.

They all require a segment and use the same resources, just in different quantities.

That RIS post is gone, and to be honest, it was very outdated anyway - a new one should be compiled.

I think this is a full set using regular RIS segments. I copied it a while ago...I would recommend using the Geonosian segment.

If you managed to get the interwoven schmatic, it takes yavin animal bone instead of rori fiberplast (in same amount) and needs one of the geo cubes as well. Think yellow adds to base, red reduces encumbrence, greed ups condition and white just fulfils the cube requirement.

Are all the schematics for each pice the same for RIS? I'd like to get a breastplate but I don't know what to kill.. Can someone give me the 411? Thanks!
