Ok lets just say ....you've taken 10 days to run 4 full runs of energy layers, then 1000 segments and 250 cores and then post publish 24 u make a run of 20+ full tantel suites of +8050ene6000base. As u wait for the final pieces to finish u decide to put together five RIS segments to finish your 350 helath primus layered special. The mail comes through that your factories have finished which are just outside your house. You go out to pick up the last crates.
You walk the 10 yards back to your house and step in youentrance and a womp rat spawns outside immediately agroing u...incap (from inside your house) you get up you step further in your house ...heartbeat slightly raised...agro incap ..... u get up run for you life into your basement....................... agro incap DB.... no rezzers online from guild. /clone
All crates now at 95% condition, ris segments unusable
So would u?

I've dealt with worse and I'm still here. lol, teach you to ever leave your house again

I reported the fact that creatures were entering my house and killing me as a bug ticket, as this was "fixed" in pub 17 then broke again in pub 19. I get quenkers and voritors chasing me and incapping me in my house all the time. Usually I log out after the first incap and wait 10 or 15 minutes. Or I bring my BH or ask a guildie to come kill all the critters.

where is your house! but i have had much worse happen to me and i'm still here as well... its a rough galaxy out there you gotta be carefull

i have all my stuff IN the city, being the mayor i dont get much hazzle over it, and i have 49 uses left on my Hero of Tatooine ring, so im not worried... yet

three things
1) the 6 P's
Prior proper planning prevents poor performance (you shouldn't be running around with expensive things if CL1)
2) if the cost of 5 GDK scales is going to send you under, you are in the wrong profession, new at it, or a bad businessman
3) armor repair kit

LOL, it took 2 weeks for me to sell my first and only set of Bone... And a guildie bought it...

i would be annoyed but most of us know that our houses arent safe
if we get agro from outside so i run into the saftey of my city boundries and i had a few heart stopping moments liek that as well i think its now accepted as normal crafter hassel

get a probot.
Never leave home without it, and never group with it. Seriously......or you can do what the devs suggest....group with higher level combat characters (cause there's always one right there wanting to group with you in your town....uh huh...)

You know I sell bone pretty well. I put it in the bag and call it, "Bone Armor 6k resists all 'Scorpion'". In the descriptions I point out that it's bone armor with black/yellow trim (sort of like the trim of Scorpion in Mortal Kombat). I put a piece up next to the vendor for display so they know exactly what they are getting and I think there are enough teenagers that really think it's "Scorpion" looking and buy it! It sells pretty well! /shrug.
