Your not really a crafter are you? No place is ever 'really' safe far as I've found. Certainly not on the more populated servers where you get countless lairs spawning everywhere. Evenunder structures. It helps to be on less populated plannets. And some areas are better/worse than others. But no place is ever truely safe for a CL1. Except maybe the cantina and the starport. And quite frankly. To craft. You have to leave such areas some time or other.
