has anyone done any actual testing with this buff?
appreciate the help from soe, but this sort of just made 1000 energy / primus layers practically useless to me now
anyone tested to see how much of an actual difference there is?
i was thinking because of the way the final combine works this will not have an effect on armor resistance but might enable you to save more points
to put into condition
any information would be greatly appreciated

Yep, would be nice if people can post their results...disagree that your cores etc are useless now though, they still would have made the same quality armour before this patch and we've had plenty of notice that this would happen.

i guess somoene forgot to send me my pamphlet in the mail
anyways does anyone agree with me when saying the +400 final combine rule will make this buff so that it has no effect on the actual condition in the end?
surley it will have use for the condition of the armor
unless having the assembly experimintation higher from the start has some sort of effect on the over condition
its too early and my brain isn't in the mood to think :/

I have noted that with the same resources but using the new buff I am getting about +20 on my segments.
not too sure about how this works out in total when looking at the grand scheme of things but it's another 20 points of protection towards cap which I had not quite managed to reach ![]()

+20 is pretty good for only having a 2% increase to reosurce stats.

I don't think this fix affects the caps on resistances, so if you were making capped armour before, these buffs shouldnt matter..

i used to make 92% primus layer when i used the server best resourses, now they came out 94%
will post more details later still testing
i think it will be easier to cap unlayerd armors

The max buff duration is a shade over 3 hours and 30 minutes.
My 929 assault segment will now craft to 952, which is (you guessed it) a 2 percent bump rounded down.

This is strange. The buff does not seem to affect condition on the final combine in the same way. Composite I made last night has 44,124 condition. With a buff using the same core and resources, I'm getting 44,667. A 2 percent increase should yield 45,006 condition. I'm only getting a 1.2 percent bump on condition. Theories?

Are you sure about the maths on this one? Some of the condition of the final comes from the core, so I guess that the buff should only affect the part of the condition that comes from the final..
/shrug didn't find a musician myself yet, so I'm just speculating..

I'm using the same cores, but that theory might account for it. If total conditon = core condition + final combine condition, then only boosting the resources used in the final combine would not result in a 2 percent boost to overall condition. I'll could buy that.

these buffs are awsome.... i was making a set of energy battle segments today for some armor, well i made one that came out to 1306 energy then relized i there were new buffs so i went and got buffed then back to my house and then crafted a segment that was 1323 energy.
