Ok, I started this thread because I want to give props to the Armorsmith who crafted my R.I.S, and truly produced a work of art. For those of you on Gorath looking to have RIS armor made, there are a few choices, but I recommend Hyksos highly, as his work surpasses most, as the links to the screenshots will show. I go to have the rest of my peices made in a few days as soon as I obtain the layers I need, so wish me luck on similair results. Hyksos, you are the best! Thanks a ton man

Nice stuff. My best was similar, but for example the helmet had an enc of 0/0/139. It's all about the exceptional loots.

very nice, just wondering whats the stats on the other components that was used apart from the normal stuff (gurk/gdk/bones)
recently collected all the parts and just need armour enhancing stuff like geo cubes, dont know whether its best to just sell it off or keep it and wait for a time when i looted those cubes/layers etc

Honestly, with the multiple drops happening now, its almost easier to get the GDK scales and other components than good base effectiveness NS layers/shards and good geo cubes/janta hides.

Hey wheres my props for getting him the stuff for certification!! im only joking!
Congrats Hyksos that is some nice work, thats why i always use him as my AS and he has so far made me 14 pieces of RIS and i have the scales just now to make 10 more pieces, was gonna sell them but after these results i reckon im gonna try gte my mucky little hands on some components and try to get stuff to beat mediocres!!
Oh and Hyk nice work on the 8 pieces last night, know i said thanks ingame but props should go on here too!!

Nice job Hyskos! Hey, a question.....I have been sitting on some layers.....I have 9 NS Layers - 15% and 5 layers 16%. Also have NS shards of -46, -55, --64. 11 of em.
I dont want to overbuff the armor with too much more then I need. I'm trying to get a stun and acid layer in there while keeping the kinetic AND base at 80%. Is that doable? Or will I need to put a kinetic layer on it.
Basically I want an 80% Kinetic 80% Base with a thin layer of acid and stun.
Possible with the layers I have?
Of course I want to use the shards if possible to pull the HAM way down.

Very nice layers and shards that you have there and es it is hard to keep the lyers and things by weighing up howmany pieces u wish to use per make of the schem, we have found that 4 works well as u need 5 of each bones and hides with identical serials. This is because it seems very difficult to get gurk hides with over 5 in the same serial!!
Should speak to mediocre about it as he knows more about it, thats if u can speak to us but we are willing to share our experience, i now got 15 pieces made by hyk and mediocre got those 4, we have experimented with a range of different layer combinations etc and mediocre seems to ahve got the best but my colours are much better,
Anyway if u ver feel like just not making the ris sell me the shards and layers, hehe

lol I dont mind speaking to you guys...! Thanks Hyksos. Ive scrounged some older RIS stuff so Im tight on some of the REALLY old resources most people dont have. I have the 80% base 80% Kinetic down, just trying to see if I can maintain the 80/80 and get the Acid in there at good rate. The PSG stun is still unstable and works sporadically.
The 80/80 isn't too tough with 10% plus Layers. I was lucky in that I bought crap load of +9%'s before people knew really what they could be used for.
I keep hoping they patch a change in that adds acid to RIS. But that doesnt appear so. So im going to make my personal RIS suit...........finally.
