Unfortunatly no, with the ressource we have on gorath and those component you can get about maximum 80% kin 70-74 base (depend of the layer you make and using a 4-5% yellow cube and your shard)with one acid and one stun layer, but I'd say... don't put any stun in it, PSG can have up to 65-67% stun when eff sliced but it's acid vuln, so only one or 2 acid layer will be the best in the RIS.

Katrine if you end up with any of the 9% layers left over that you dont think you are gonna use and the guild aint interested in then let me or mediocre know, we are currently buying up good NS Layers but i made the mistake of selling all my 8% or above Layers after i made my first few parts of RIS as i was only making one piece per RIS schem use, d'oh, teaches me a lesson i suppose!!
And i have started finding the wonders of PSGS which actually owrk if you do what hyk says, i always take the step of equipping one before i go pvping due to all those 'special' crafted Jawas that people seem to have wonder where they came from! And it seems to work, also any break i have from combat i take the chance to unequip and re-equip it.

What stats (just a ballpark figure, I know it would depend on what resources I use etc) on an RIS segment do you guys aim for to get 80% base 80% kinetic final product?
I dont have many for trial and error (ever scale counts) but Im lost at what to aim for. I've been um'ing and ah'ing for about a week about what to aim for roughly.

Oh its probably worth noting that I only have 11 points experiment too if that helps

I have 3 houses full of NS Layers and Shards. Found another group of 6 -10%'s last night. Haven't even checked my storage factories yet. I knew the PSG's had been fixed but I tested the equip/un-equip and it appeared NOT to work when yu crossed any server boundry! We have a natural server boundry 100 meters due south of FC and I noticed it there. Yu guys seeing same thing?
I started buying a bunch ofArmor Loota ways back so I'd be able to buff armor up with lower HAM when the armor changes came along. I suspect those changes will effect a toon's ability to endure HAM. (like maybe they reduce buff strength). All speculation of course.
I'm holding all of it in event I decide to start mass-producing RIS for the city. Radew and others are wanting suits.

Been thinking about testing that out on the psgs since we all started pvping more and it does seem to make a hige difference when u got that level of stun protection on your psg when they start hitting ya with those exceptional jawas that so many people can have, man Gorath must have good tissue drops 
Also witht eh mass production of the RIS we are thinking of starting to produce custom helmets etc but not sure how it will take off and if we start getting rnough scales then start offering the guild and friends reduced prices, heck i just gave an ris helm to my longest friend in game andit made me feel better how happy he was than my own suit, its all in the chase, lol.
3 Houses full of the shards and layers, MEDIOCRE now we know where they have all gone, still hitting myself for selling all mine before multi- drops occurred lol. Comon all we need is maybe a spare serial of 5 9% or maybe 2 serials or something, hehe
Has Radew not looted any scales yet, i know he got some from Mediocre and i think hearing he got some himself? Is he just waiting until he gets 9 so he can make the full suit?
You made any RIS pieces yet using the RIS Interwoven schem?
