Hello all, I am looking to have a full set of Composite made. I am not looking for anything crazy. I would like it pre-sliced for HAM...I need the whole set to be under 400 HA and 700 M (stats won't go any higher and I don't want to depend on buffs to put it on). I am looking for at least 65% resists. Is there an armorsmith here that will do a custom order?? Will you do repairs for me in the future since most smiths won't repair other smith's armor? How much would this cost me...I am willing to go up to a Mil for the set as long as it is good!

Please send an in-game e-mail to ferd smith

Thank you for your time!

dsvella,

Please post on topics that you have knowledge on. When you have no knowledge on the topic you don't come off looking very good. He's asking for less than 400 HA HAM on a sliced suit. He couldn't pay me enough. He's basically assking a smith to make a ton of suits and have them sliced to his liking and then sell him ONE suit from the batch. I wouldn't discuss the crafting of a suit like this and the wasted resources so make it for 250k. One million is low IMO for what he wants. He be better off purchasing 5 or so suits of great high resist/low HAM armor taking it to his favorite Smuggler for slicing. Your 250k price is so far off base it's not even funny.

Exactly. The man is not asking for any suit of comp. Under 400 health is freaken hard and would require some badass encum slices. I had 3 suits being built with these specs and only had them about 3/4 of the way done and have had a ton of armor sliced. That's with over 3 months of crafting comp. Too bad my house disappeared.

I doubt you will find a suit of armor with the spec you want at that price. Any AS with this is more than likely keeping it for himself.

WOW....SOOOO much anger from a simple question

I am not an armor smith, so I didn't think it was an outrageous request. I see plenty of shops selling pre-sliced armor (either sliced for HAM or Eff). I didn't think it would be hard for a smith to look through his/her inventory of pre sliced stuff and do the math to put together a suit that didn't go over 400 in Health and Action, and 700 on Mind. I truly did not mean to offend you guys, JUST ASKING A QUESTION!!!!

I myself do have a set that I have put together of such specs...but some pieces are close to half durability. The smith's (two actually...guys from ACT on flurry) that made all of my armor between the two of them do not offer repairs. The other smiths I have asked (maybe I am not asking the right smiths...if any of you would do it, please let me know!) will not repair other smiths armors.

So, basically I am stuck. For some reason, asking smiths to custom make a set of armor is an insult, and asking smiths (on Flurry anyway) to repair a set of armor is an outrageous request as well. I'm asking myself now why would a perrson go into a profession if they were insulted by a simple request to perform a service of their own chosen profession??? Hopefully, none of you go into business for yourselves IRL...with this kind of attitude...you won't go very far at all

Looks like it's back to stopping by different armor shops and picking up piece by piece...again...sorry to insult you all, I did not mean to make anyone angry

Flurry smiths seem like jerks. Why wouldn't you repair someone elses armor? That just makes no sense to me.

Please understand that you are asking for a very hard suit for a single smith to make. Like I was saying, it took me months to put one together like that just for myself.

Best bet is to find an AS that does 100 suits at a time. With that many pieces being ran and sliced, the odds are a lot higher to get what you are looking for.

I might be able to set you up.

68% base 80% kinetic...all ham sliced

check my vendor (if you can find it - she is hidden) or you can send me an email and I'll get to it when i available.

Full suit runs you 360k if you pull it off the vendor and compare hams or I'll do it for the 1 million you offered.
