Thats actually a pretty steep request JustaGuy. To make a suit with stats like that would require really good enc slices (pure luck to get those too) and would definately require the use of NightSister Layers and/or Shards (jacking the price skyward!!!). Don't expect and/or get mad if you can't find a suit like this in a day. Like I said, its a pretty tough request.
Dsvella - 250kfor 65% or better base and 399-399-699 enc on composite ? Never. If you saw a suit for that, buy it..............You'll never see it again and it will sell instantly.
