All converted armor that is not in crates will have a refit option to change the armor to a type you are certified for. When you click on the armor there is a radial option named “refit armor”. Please make your selection carefully since you will only be allowed to convert your armor one time and CS will not be able to assist you with any changes.

Thanks Tiggs,
Any word on getting out pre-CU Layers reconverted with stats? Currently they are all Zero. Same for all Krayt, NS and other attachments. Only our actual armor was converted correctly. (ok ok Segments converted as well but at unusable stats
)

What if the armor had some valuable Armor Attachments? Will those carry over?

Tiggs currently there doesn't seem a way to convert existign factional armor over to a usable format for a person. Is this intentional? or a bug? I'm sure people would like a chance to convert unusable faction armor to something they could actually use instead of there current suit becomeing window dressing. (Meaning Convert Stormtrooper armor to either Scout or Shocktrooper and Rebel Recon to Battle and Assault armor)

I believe it has been stated elsewhere that factional armor cannot be refitted. Too lazy to go look for the quote in the unsearchable forums at the moment, but I'm almost positive that is the case.

tiggs this option is on the armor currently but i have not used it.
anyway i went to go unpack a ton of armor crates to ensure i would be able to. the armor was all composite, shocker, but coming out of the crates is causing issues on stats.
every piece but the last one has total garbage stats. like 2500. then the last piece either has good what i would expect stats of 5500 or generates an email saying that the piece is no longer in use by the game. ive wrecked a good amount of armor beforerealizing this.

Tiggs (if you happen to pop back to this thread) afew important questions pertaining to armor.
#1: What about loot drops like Janta Hides and Nightsister layers? They currently convert to health +0.
#2: Can we get some kind of information of Peko Feathers and the Apperance segment? Currently they do not change stats or apperance at all.
#3: ADK's can be placed in armor, and the condition is resored to max. It also says that the item will not decay in the description as before. Yet in combat, the armor takes damage and loses condition. Is this a bug or as intended?
Thanks

I tested it on a comp bracer convereted to a battle padded bracer, works like a charm.

Just why US, why Chimaera? Has it something to do with buggy armor conversion. Stop beating arond the bush, let us know what terrible things happened.

Jedi's still can't wear armor correct? Should I just sell my armor?
