so ummm... why am i forced to pick ugly black mountain... i had some nice hunting, id like to keep it hunting but as battle armor.

and why is my very nice 70%+ base converting to less than the 66% base. the 66% base had 80% Kin/Energy witch is probably why, but higher base should add to it more than 80% specail protects. IMO anyway.

Why is not customizable the armor once converted??;I mean, ifI have a red composite, why it is converted to a standar blue Padded armor? Is this intentiona? Now the blue armor is useless to me because of the color . Remember that all people here are not powergamers, some people like their look for roleplay or whatever....

Even my 50% base (NS enhanced) comp segments converted the same as any ol comp segment, I did this because I knew the loot was converting crap and burned all my uber NS layers 8% and higher into segments so I would maybe start with some wicked assault segs... /sigh /lubeup

No. This was the right thread to put this in. The fact that we can't refit the armor in crates is a joke. At least it could have been addresed.

Aye armor needs a recolouration chart on conversion to a new type.

Indeed, they did previously state that Faction Armor has no refit option, that this is intended and not a bug.

They did not, however, explain why this is the case. It makes very little sense, and is a huge slight to the players that actually bothered to wear factional armor prior to the CURB.

Can we get a dev response on why Factional Armor can't be refit? What is the reasoning or logistics behind this?

I can't convert my faction armor...this includes armor from the imp retreat and faction armor that I bought from a recruiter...it is battle armor and I can't use it now. Battle armor is the one that I can't use

Please tell me we are going to be able to retrofit the faction armor!!!!
