1. Communication prior to the announcement of the curb and responce to questions and suggestions

2. Communication now during the Beta and the responce to questions and suggestions.

What answers are you looking for from the Customer Relations Team .

How do you feel communication between the community and the Customer Relations Team should be

and how can that be achived

IN all fairness, and we all know how I feel about the devs, but Helios has to get a 4. He has been giving the weaponsmiths some decent feedback from what I hear.
