1.) I give them a solid 4 they were on just about every day finding out what was happening, and how it effected us.
2.) Well since you only used postive numbers I would have to go with a 1, if I could I'd go -4. They have done nothing but spin answers, and give information with nothing to back it up. Very disapointed with several answers/responses given at several times. Basically I feel like SOE doesn't think we matter!
