First off let me say this. I am fully aware that Oa'Krons bed has not yet cooled and here I am introducing myself. It is not nor was it ever my thoughts to step over the corpe of Oa'kron. Oa'Kron has done more for Armorsmiths than most of us put together. I am just trying to pick up as quickly as possible so that we can 'try' and complete what Oa'Kron and everyone else started.
---
I just applied for the Armorsmith Correspondents position and on the off chance I am chosen I figured I should let you all know who I am so as not to freak anyone out since many if not most of you have no idea who I am.
First off, I play on Chilastra and have been a member of this community from far before launch. I made my Armorsmith about a year ago after starting off as a Master Architect which I played from day 1 (well day 2 anyway). I realize that compared to most I do not have a high post count but I would like to think that my posts are for a reason; either to answer a question or ask one rather than posting for posting sake.
My Armorsmith is my 'Main' I play her whenever I am online and I play my alt 'Moge' when I need to break off and just run around and kill stuff. I wanted to assure everyone that I do have a very strong understanding of both the Old and the New system(s) and I have been following the community reactions and the Devs responses very closely. Armorsmithing is my primary activity in game and the CU changes are a great concern to me as they are to you.
For a long while now I have wanted to be a correspondent but I always figured someone else with a better post count or a better reputation would get the job so I never bothered. I feel that now more than ever I can step up and (try) to lead the Armorsmiths into a successful profession in the Post-CU game.
Again, I know many of you have no idea who I am but please do not take that as a reason to assume that I am not qualified both in my knowledge of Armorsmithing and my Community Relations experience. I am ready and very willing to help everyone get the most out of the Profession that we all love to play.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask them here.

After the way Okram was treated, why would anyone want to be a Correspondent?
Best of luck to you.

No offense to you what so ever as I admire your zeal. This however might not be a good time for this as the AS community is in an uproar.

I have no idea how to craft armor.
Well, I play around making ceremonial bone armor, and I've made a lot of armor seg signs and stuff.
But I can say "SURE!" and "I LOVE IT!" really well.
Think I could get the job?
