Thread: question?
Greetings
As someone soon to hit creature handlerI have a question that I have not seen answered or asked as of yet.
As a novice creature handler wouldn't it be more realistic to only get one slot seeing how you are in training? ( as a novice in any other profession you have little knowledge of the skill) as your skills grow and you gain knowledge you could diversify obtaining new pet slots and yes at the master level i believe you should be able to control more then three, not like 20 that would be rather ridiculous but say 5-6 at the most, give you something to work for.
But on the other hand if you had 5-6 seeing how well you trained them wouldn't that be making the CH profession a power base better then the rest?
There would have to be some balance between the number of creatures you could train, the number you could have out at one time and the damage each does when out as a group, I mean look at a pride of lions, single they can kill an animal but grouped they each do less as the others are interfiering in the efforts.
I have seen heated posts on "how the CH profession is going to be nerfed" and wonder. . .
If the Dev's do nothing to the CH class isn't that just asking for trouble down the road when they want to improve the class as a whole?
You mean 1 slot to store a pet? 2 should be the bare minimum. That way you get 1 to grow to full size and perhaps use for combat, and the 2nd slot you get you use for taming other animals for xp. I get a lot more xp taming everything i see rather than combat. Since I know 7 commands, I get 100xp for the tame and another 100 for each command I teach, so each baby gives me 800xp. Me and my pet fight a squill, i get about 200 or so xp.
Does killing anyone one person in one shot within a fraction of a second, or burning them over and over until they have 800+ wounds make you feel skillful?
Balance?
Commandos ruin this game.
And yes I will cry you a river. *cry*
how about having full black bars + substats from a doctor disease, which can be applied while your incapped. thats 6x the grief as acommando can only give you health wound from fire dot.
/cry more nobody cares
CM can 1 shot kill a whole group if they arewithin the radius of a mind poison, and then apply disease to all the incapped players if they want to be really mean.
CM's ruin this game before commandos ever will.
