Thread: Encumberence is gone!!!! WOOT!
Armor Statistics
Armor statistics are the same as they were before but general Armor Rating, Damage Mitigation Types or Encumbrance have all been removed
I can finally wear armor and NOT be penalized for it?!?!?!??!?!?! Greatest thing ever!!!!!!!
Not quite... there will be new penalties. Such as reduced rate of movement, reduced attack speeds etc...

Since bone armor uses the same core as say comp armor and the core is what determines the stats, why care if it is bone armor or faction armor or RIS armor.

You can equip any weapon you want now even if you don't have the cert for it, it just simply isn't effective. I assume the same will apply for armor, so if you wanted to wear your ris simply for display purposes you still should be able to, you just won't get the resistances from it in combat.
Nope, it says in the CU updates that if you don't have the cert, you can't even put it on.
