Thread: results before/after this patch
I really don't want to see them roll this back
Can we also stretch the low ham numbers?
Can layers go down to 0's
Can Segments get down in the 20's?
another test:
before patch 41% stun segments
after patch 42% stun segments
not a huge upgrade in that.

Vig,
I understand that HAM is irrelevant to you. I understand that your interest is in making the highest Base Composite that you can, as that is what the powergamers want, and that sells for the greatest profit. Agreed.
My concern isalso a personal one, and the question of how HAM is affected, althoug irrellevant to you, is relevant to me. I am not looking to shoot down the fact that this patch is creating 'better' armor for you, but rather to use your results to know if it will create 'better' armor for me based on my personal market and armorsmithing abilities. I play much less than most people, I play typically alone, and I don't play for long enough periods of time to make regular Doc buffs a viable option for donning myarmor. I believe there are others like myself, and would like to make armor that suits their needs.
As a Twi'lek, I am stamina capped at 400, and with the crates of food I can find, I am still somewhat limited on the Action HAM stat becuase of this. I like my suits to hit 50% resists, but also keep HAM low enough to wear with minimum food that I can find myself. This is exactly the range that it appears that will be most affected by the changes, and I was just trying to figure out how much it would change. If this change would result in minor increases to one catetory, with minor decreases to the other, no big deal, but if it is more major it is a big deal to me. I predict that this change will happen to one degree or another at some point, so the question is, how can I be more informed to post on this if I have no concrete information on what I think should happen. Without knowingyour encumberance changes, I can't be more informed, and therefore am more likely to fall back on what I already know (the old crafting system) as what we should go with.
like you say there are different views of the game and i personally like the high end one (if we can talk high end in galaxies) ![]()
honestly i don't look at ham costs because like i said i'm not concerned.
I play a jedi and a TKM/Pistoleer and ham isnt an issue for me since i have to be buffed all the time.
if someone wants to check the ham costs go ahead.
