I have noticed more Tantel Armor on the Naritus Vendors than ever before. I have been to several AS vendors and all they have is a well stocked supply of Comp and Tantel sets of armor. Was there a change to Tantel that I missed? WhenI check the stats on the vendors I can see 30% resist to Lightsabers. That is a bug correct?

Any help would be appreciated.

The LS resistance disappears as soon as you cross a server line.

There are noobs who think Tantel's LS resists will stick forever. That's why.

The more unscroupulous of our craft could be taking advantage of the erronoius Lightsaber resists, but it also could be becuase its a nice 'for looks' armor. Ive been getting more requests than normal for it, and I explain about the mistake in the resists.

Thanks for the help guys. I knew I wasn't crazy to think LS resist would be on Tantel.

Well - LS resist DOES work on tantel - but only if you use it right.....

Keep it crated, then when you need it un-pack and equip - the resist will stay around until server re-start or you cross a boundry.

or it could be that it looks cool and is something not everyone wears?

I imagine someone is trying to push it's LS resistance somewhere, but around my server whenever someone finds out I make tantel I get a bunch of orders, mainly 'cause they want to wear soemthing that not everyone else is wearing, and the tantel vest and helmet look pretty spiffy, and also come in a large variety of colors.

Thats exactly right Oa'kron. As soon as i got armoursmith i tried making myself all the different colours of tantel i could. Alot of armoursmiths dont make all the armour colours that are available, There are also some other colours for ubese armour. Not just Black and White.

KEEP it inside your droid, the Lightsaber resistance will not disappear after reset or boundary or whatever.

i purchase tantel by the crate load and pull it out when necessary, once the ls resists are gone, onto bazar for 6k.`
