Thread: A Couple Of Questions...
I hate to sound totally dumb but I'm pretty new:
What is "kiting"?
How do I know what my title is?
Thanks for your help!
Kiting is keeping a mob at a distance while shooting it. This is got its name by shooting and running away from a mob, it looks like you're flying a mob kite. This can also be done by the Yo-Yo method. Yo-Yoing is done by shooting a mob, it comes charging, warning shot, it runs away, shooting at mob when its far enough away to allow a shot or two and a warning shot, and repeating until mob is dead.
You're title can be found on the community screen(CTRL+P default key map or as the little three person icon on the menu bar). Go to the character tab and it'll display things like title, language(as of last patch), badges, crap like that.
2) Do you think that the Devs would ever "cap" the number of Jedi per server? A lot of people are going after FSCS using the holos so I suspect that we'll see more and more Jedi in the coming months. Do you think that the devs would ever say "Ok there are X number of Jedi on this sever, lets turn off the ability to unlock the slot for awhile?"

Honestly? No.
The public outcry would be insane, and the months of grinding to Jedi is money in the bank
The answer to your first question is yes, some people have opened the slot without having joined either faction.
Tough call on the second question, as of now they seem to be content with letting more people open the slot, even helpful by giving away holocrons next week to hasten it along. I cant see them doing this, announcing that holocrons are in the game to stay, and then putting a limit on the number of slots they allow to be opened.

Any help would be great.
Ok I got Artisan 4-4-4-4and nowI want toget Master Artisan. I see you needto get app xp to get it. I know you get this by teaching people but has anyone got any tips on getting this. Im having real trouble finding anyone to teach.
Also I see now I can now place a couple of vendors but thay are the rubbish ones, how can I get some better types? Do I have to takepart of the merchant skill tree?
Thanks guys and gals.
N.
For AP, you could try buy it, some people are far more willing to reply to shouts for help if they are getting cash in hand. You could find someone else who needs AP and do a trade. You could pick up other low level skills if you are having trouble with pure Artisan training, for example pick up ranged support one, there are lots of people with loads of spare combat xp who might be willing to let you teach them that over and over, or pick up hunting one or exploration one and do the same (you get the idea). You could join a guild and return the favour when you can. If you have two accounts you could train yourself. All I can think of right now. Good luck.
If you aren't happy with the vendors you get in Artisan you will have to venture into Merchant.

Two-hand Head hit vs. Two-hand mind hit ?
Mindhit1/2 cause mind bleed and are stackable, both should be used
Headhit2 yes use it.
Two-hand Spin attack vs. Two-hand area attack ?
I do believe spin2 is better than areaAttack2 but same damage as areaAttack3
Dizzy attack ? What is the question - use it on all pvp and npc's. does nothing to animals
Stun attack ? Yes use it, can't hurt, only helps
Good stats on a Power Hammer and a Scythe?
Regular PH like 120min 450max speed with slice somewhere under 4.5
Scythe around 100 min 250 max (? not sure) speeds get down there around 2
