so the are dropping in series? are they dropping with serial numbers
ris component never had serial numbers, you could aways do factory runs before. its not the components its amount of same serial number layers, cubes, and armor segment enhancements that makes it hard to do factory runs.

but before you just looted one bone and had to wait til next llot, 4-5 spawn, now u loot 6-12 identical with same seriel in one loot.
good damn it this game gonna be more and more boring now...

I really, really, really hope they didn't do this to the GDK scales.

First of all, it's boring.
Second, it's damn unfair. There's one thing nerfing ALL composite in the Cb if they do that, but by mainstreaming RIS now, it makes all of us who spent time and credits getting it losing a lot. Sure it's an organic game world blah blah but still...

The compoents now droping in series like heavy duty claps, just looted 6 identical woolamander harrower bones from 1 harrower. and 7 identical gurk king hides... so i think GDK scale will do too.
now you can make ris in factory crate

quite honestly, if they make RIS mainstream I may leave the game for greener pastures. I just completed my stockpile of RIS components to make a full set but am waiting until after the armor nerf to do it.
RIS is supposed to be rare and quite an accomplishment to put a full set together... KEEP IT THAT WAY...

Personally I think it becoming like other drops of scales with multiple drops at once will be good if that's how it works haven't seen that yet.

The gdk scale I got was a single with no serial (looted night before publish 9)
Last night I killed 3 Peko Peko Albatross - each dropped feathers. 1 x set of 4 with serials, 1 x set of 5 with serials and 1 x set of 11 with serials.
Will be interesting to see what happens when I come across another gdk now publish 9 is live.
