Hopefully that skill allocation thing wont be used in the invest tree. Took me forever to get it done and I'd really hate to see people get all 4 boxes in 10 seconds.

Devs said that the the alpha testing should start in january. Best guess, and for all of us its just a guess at this point, is late january/febuary

Sadly, going by how the original launch and JTL were done, an arbitrary date will be set and then it will be pushed regardless of whether its ready or not. There may be a few short delays for critical bug fixes, but i seriously dought it will get the time it needs. This is supposed to be an entire rewrite of the combat system, which entails massive changes then need a great amount of thought, consideration and planning, and unfortunatly I don't trust them to be able to pull it off. There have just been far to many snap decisions and hoards of known long standing bugs for me to feel that they can actually pull this off.

question for you guys. after theCU. are they nerfing all our weaponsor just legendary and exceptional? Ifi have a 800 danage hammer, is itgonna get nerfed down to crap? if so that would suck.... are scythes and executioners hack getting nerfed too?

No one knows, no news of the CU has been released besides some new weapons and some faction armor.

They should post more info this week. All weapons and armor will change but, it doesn't mean it wont be as good. /LOL Yea... Right!

With the combat revamp will I be able to use guns like the DL44. Also when is the combat revamp supposed to come out.

Well because it is sleek looking, and when I hold the scatter pistol I look like I am getting ready to do my marks hair.

he means if a DL44 would be on par with something like a Scatter Pistol
I forgot where I read it, but I believe TH said weaker guns like the DL44 will again be of use or something along those lines
which I am happy to hear, because I too am sometimes tired of using a geo blaster or scatter all the time
