My question would be this one :
SInce pre-nerf armors will be nerfed anyway, should we do some stocks of components (layers and segments) now, or wait for the combat revamp to see what happens? Wil we have to restart our profession from scratch or will our components still be usable in order to make good armors?

Everything will be adjusted. Layers, components, etc, so stockpiling components wont make a difference.

Im not sure what you mean by "restart our profession from scratch." There will still only be one class that can make armor. All armor will have lower resistances, so everyone will still need to come to us to get protection.

Folks, once again I apologize. That was not a question that I submitted nor would it ever have been a question I would have submitted. As I posted elsewhere, TH posted yesterday in the correspondant forum requesting our '19 questions' question for the week. Last night he posted the set of answers. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts (over a dozen on two different computers), I was unable to log onto the forums yesterday, so I was unaware that the '19 questions' request had been posted. Heck, if I had known it had been posted I would have sent him an email with our question. Needless to say, I have been very frustrated by Lithium (the software that runs our forums) recently and I've asked TH to put more of a delay between requests for info and public disclosure in the future so as to accomodate these issues.

Has anyone had more luck dealing with the forums using a browser of than IE? I'd be interested in hearing your alternatives.

I use mozilla specifically for that reason. I no longer have to log in 15 times in a row to actually get it to stick. I still have problems staying logged in but they are not as bad as when i was using IE.

I use mozilla and most days dont have a problem. But there have been many days where I have to log in multiple times, that is of course unless I get a Timed Out error.

I used Mozilla and Firebird exclusively for logging on to these boards and I have problems with the password authentication (where it drops you to the forums but says it is autenticating your password or other rot) especially during high traffic times for the board. I have lost a couple auctions over it, too.

Jaato, can you ask (demand) that if TH doesn't have a question from the corospondent that he look in the profession forum and see if there is a thread for the question. If there is, can he take the question from that and not out of his own.. umm... It would be faaaaar more favourable to the players to actually be a part of the communication. I know no one in this thread suggested the tripe he said came from you and this profession. It was only a question he has a pat answer to (the same one he has given to nearly every one of the combat profession questions).

Are you only permitted to submit the question once he has posted he wants them?
