actually, Obi-Wan went knight before he finished his template. And in his fight with Jango, he didn't want to kill Jango, he wanted, if anything, to capture and question him. Also, I recall Boba using a turret exploit on him...If you've ever seen the turret exploit ingame (where the turrets fire 10X per second, and you are seemingly one shot killed), you'd think thats funny.

dont know if this has been covered..but whats up with PSG's Out of 20 that i just sliced every single one is an encomberance slice...can somebody enlighten me..

Yep, it's just noticed more since encumberance is worthless on a PSG. 
I bought and sliced 5 composite chest pieces to replace my old low encumberance one, and got effectiveness slices across the board. Bah!
Then I bought a PSG and immediately got an encumberance slice. Heh, the God of Slicing does have a wicked sense of humor!

I find that on PSGs I tend to get enc slices about 70-80% of the time.

Maybe its the "phantom" nerf that some people have whined about. Bad slices on exceptional weapons and such to keep the power level down. I know I have had pretty bad luck slicing looted weapons.

okay.. now that ive gotten a 2 base effectiveness on some PSG's what about the special protection? whats the opinion on the frequency of that?
