4% stun/up to 90% base with nice HAM- that's armorI make for the long time now, I use it myself more than 8 months. Hight stun helmet for PVP (I make 39% stun/ 70% base , using 3% janta hide, and slice it), 4%/90% for PVE ( mind enc. is about 290 ).

I made NS 4 -set like this once, total HAM was :271/ 97/ 310( !), but it REALLY takes a lot of time and effort....and not many customers understand it

thought it would have decent attachments, mine does and 40k condition 40% stun 90% base

that is the suit BEFORE the attachments went in

??? i make and use 22%stun 90%base armor for pve...my grinding outfit....but i am impressed with the 42%stun....i know i cant do that with all the best resources on the server..../tiphat
