Before you get flamed and burnt to a crisp...
BH armor can be looted from black sun spawns on Yavin IV.
Fett armor called Mandalorian is crafted from this looted item in the Deathwatch Bunker on Endor.
You must find the correct loot items in the Deathwatch Bunker to craft bot the jetpack and the Mandalorian armor
Go to the advanced search tab at the bottom of your page and search by title for deathwatch bunker, bounty hunter armor, or jetpack you should find things to answer most of your questions.

A set of BH Armor will be at least a few mil. I bet no more than a few pieces of Manolorian Armor (Boba Fett's armor) have been crafted on your server. They are crafted from BH armor in the DWB. The DWB is the hardest thing in the game. And jetpacks are also crafted in the DWB, but you need a Jetpack base before you go in the DWB if you want a Jetpack. And Mando Armor is only wearable my MBH's, Master Commando's, Master Squad Leaders, and Master 1 other thing.

Oh and dont plan on going to the Deathwatch bunker alone, bring a good group of master combat professions.

Ya, bring a full group (20 people) of highly skilled combat or support professions (support profession is like Doctor).

Mandalorian Armor / Jetback - Don't bother, if someone has a piece or 2 chances are its a Guild Trophy and not for sale. (Don't forget a Master Droid Engineer though if you want to make a helmet)
Bounty Hunter Armor - Drops off Black Sun Guys on Yavin-4 or Dathomir. Random Spawns anywhere on planet. Seems the devs nerfed the drop rates as people are saying they have killed hundreds with not 1 drop. So expect to pay millions for a complete suit.

Bounty Hunter armor averages about 1mil per piece. There are 10 pieces, so expect to pay at least 10mil for a full suit, although Ive seen them go for more. The best way to do it is buy it one piece at a time, earn enough for the next piece, buy it, and so forth. While you'll still wind up paying the full price for the suit, it doesnt seem as bad 1 piece at a time.
As far as jetpacks, on my server you can pay a group to go make them for you, but this is only on my server. Its still extremely expensive though, 15mil a piece. But, seeing as how its easy to make over a mil a day on dant, half a months work for a jetpack really isnt that bad when you look at it that way. I used to be very careful withmy money and would never spend that much, but i realized this isnt real life, i might as well buy uber expensive things

i have no patience to read post before me so sry if i repeat. To get Mandolorian armor (boba fetts) you need any part of the looted BH armor, or the whole suit if u want all the suit of mando. Along with the armor, u need binary liquid and protective liquid coating for each piece u are trasfering to mando.
So for a full suit of mandolorian armor you need the folowing:
1) suit of BH armor, or one single piece if u want say the helm only trasfered to mando. Ive seen full suits on sunrunner for 15 mill, buyout 20 mill. I bought my helm for 2 mill.
2) Binary liquid, this stuff is hard to find. Plus u need one for each piece of BH armor u are converting (9 total) Ive been asking around for days not being able to find any. Best to toot it urself with a few good friends. Ull find it in containers in the bunker.
3) protective liquid coating, same as above
4) alum minerals: this isn't harvested amuminum, its a quest reward for a quest in the DWB, no information from me.
The jetpack needs a bit more loots. You need the following:

2) fuel dispersion unit -|
3) injector tank | all from containers in DWBm i bought all these for 1 mill
4) ducted fan _|
5) jetpack stabilizer (ONLY drops off overlord)
6) Alum mineral (quest from DWB)
Its a expensive and long process. I currenty have all the jetpack parts cept the stabilizer. And i have everything i need to make my BH armor helm mandolorian. ITS POSSIBLE PEOPLE, just need one hell of a guide and a group.

Here is why it is IMPOSSIBLE for YOU(being one person) go get a whole suit, if ANY Mandalorian armor: It reaquires an entire team of people, and their credits(for their buffs) as well as yours. If a whole team helps you get a piece of Mando armor who's is it really? You better agree upon that ahead of time. On my server a guild has gotten the helmet, chest, leggings, boots, the right and the left biceps, but of course it belongs to the entire guild, not the person who supplied the BH armor, as everybody put the work into it(it requires other resources from the DWB and it's mines too which are also rare, not just BH armor)
But, lets say you COULD convince a large enough group of people with the right skills to make 10 different trips to the DWB JUST for one person to have a suit, thats the only way one person could have their own suit. But then, dont forget the fact that the helmet would be green, the chest yellow, leggings red, boots blue, right and left biceps orange and black, right and left bracers some other variations of the earlier colors(no, these colors arent definite, but its the situationthat has happens. every piece is completly random color, you cannot set it in any way)

Sorry for my ignorance, but what exactly does the jetpack do? Can you actually fly? If so, so help me God im getting one.

Yes, you actualy do fly.
Down sides: it IS vehicle, once youc all it you are automaticly 'on' it and are up in the air about 20 feet. you cannot go any lower or higher than this w/ it called
Since it is a vehicle you CANNOT attack while on it, although both you and it can be attacked, yes it is targetable. Just imagine if somone disabled it...
As with other vehicles you cannot go in buildings w/ it
So you cant even stand around/run/walk with it on your back just to show off, as soon as you call it you are in the air, and cant even come close to the ground.
