I looted 10 identical Krayt Dragon Scales off an Ancient today. They are +7 Health. Are these good?What is a reasonable price for these.

But are they useful? Yes. Krayt scales add a health bonus to armor, although I wouldn't bother holding on to any with less than a +10 bonus.
