Thread: afk crafting
The AS grind PreCU was not fun but I got there and stuck at it for a while, i missed combat too much to keep it up though.
Got an alt now and ground AS after the CU and boy was that hard work.
wrote a macro for selecting schematics and ending the craft and one to cycle through them leaving enough time to click on resources in the middle, still it's a lot of clicks and without AUK's after the slicing update it was a real nightmare so I ended up making bone armour chestplates on practice.
Resource heavy and time consuming but at least I knew what was going on with the armour crafting after the CU and was even thinking ahead enough to get on the forums and research all the stuff I needed andI got very fed up with clicking ![]()
AFK grinding is silly and you should by the time you get master know enough about your craft (regardles of what it is) to make good quality items for sale and not have to spend the next 2-3 months collecting resources and asking questions to which you should know the answers.
Sorry to interrupt this very interesting social commentary on the Armorsmith Forum.... but I just finished AFK grinding my toon to Master Armorsmith and could somebody tell me which tool I should use to make a set of armor?
/sarcasm off

I would like to point out that no, not all power players afk'd. I've been afk, but aside from what i said in my post about putting a semi afk dancer in my guilds cantina(i say semi afk because i was at the computer, just on another toon) I havn't afk'd. I know ppl that afk loot drops, afk faction, afk experience. I didn't do any of that. Now that doesn't mean i don't have macros that would allow me to do that, but i use those for other things(like when camping a spot, just let the macro run and spend your time chatting with friends)
